Intelligent Irrigation Control and Monitoring System

The intelligent irrigation control system conducts video monitoring of key areas through remote control of irrigation equipment, water volume monitoring, etc., and realizes functions such as information collection, statistics, analysis, and control, achieving the purpose of saving irrigation water and scientifically and efficiently managing irrigation areas. It plays an important role in ensuring the safe operation of irrigation projects, achieving optimal allocation of water resources, improving water resource utilization efficiency, and building high-standard farmland.

System Features

Water consumption control management

Two-level water metering is achieved. The outlet flow is monitored as the total water consumption in the area. The pressure sensor of each branch pipe collects data to calculate the irrigation volume of each branch pipe in real time. Combined with the automatic control function of the valve, the water consumption statistics of each valve control unit are achieved. At the same time, the water pump introduces flow control. When the total water consumption is exceeded, the water consumption of the area will be restricted through remote control.

 Intelligent Irrigation Control

Real-time monitoring of operating status

Through water level and video monitoring, the water source status of the drip irrigation system can be monitored in real time, and water shortage warnings can be issued in a timely manner; through water pump current and voltage monitoring, outlet pressure and flow monitoring, and pipeline network branch pipe flow and pressure monitoring, unreasonable irrigation events such as pipe burst, water leakage, low-pressure operation, etc. in the drip irrigation system can be discovered in time, and system maintenance personnel can be notified in time to ensure the smooth operation of the drip irrigation system.

Valve automatic control function

Through real-time monitoring of farmland soil moisture information, meteorological information and crop growth information (leaf temperature, leaf surface humidity, fruit expansion, stem micro-change sensor collection information), a comprehensive and intelligent judgment is made on whether irrigation is needed, and wireless or wired technology is used to achieve remote control opening and closing of valves and timed rotation irrigation opening and closing.

Based on the collected information, combined with the water demand of local crops and irrigation rotation conditions, a plan is made to automatically open water pumps and valves to achieve unmanned automatic irrigation, segmented control, and prevent human error.
